Hello out there! I have actually been a member for a few years but never joined the community aspect of MFP. I haven't even really been using the tools on here either for quite some time. However, I decided it is finally time to see what community support can do! I am a female in my early 20's and have always been extremely fit in my life. In the last year I have let that slip away from me and I gained 20lbs. This was a combination of travelling for extensive periods and being irresponsible. Regardless, I am looking to gain back that fitness that I so desire and get back to feeling myself. I hope to lose the 20lbs and possibly another 5-10 to prove to myself that my health and wellbeing are my priority. If anyone is looking for some extra support feel free to add me!
