Starting out

So I just had my second baby and by just she's turning 5 months this week. I have a 3 year old little boy who's a handful but haven't met a 3 year old who wasn't a handful. I work a full time job and so does my husband. So this week I'm tracking my eating habits that I normally eat. Which being on day 3 and seeing how much sugar I consume and carbs is kind of alarming, and missing some important vitamins I thought I already got. I'm not a traditional "dieter" I do terrible at following a diet if you give me too many options. I like about 3 different meals I can eat for breakfast lunch and dinner. I was researching different options when I stumbled across The 4 hour body. It's a slow carb diet from what I'm reading if your diabetic its your dream come true. I really really want to lose 10 lbs but afraid to even get close to a scale to find out how much I weigh.
