I've been trying to have 3500cal a day but I've not been able to keep it up each day what foods can I say in order to keep this up.

calorie dense foods like ice cream, cookies, bagels, rice, pasta, full fat cottage cheese, yogurt, etc, nuts, almonds...just make sure that you meet your nutritional and macro needs and fill in from there.0
