Yoga or circuit training?

Hi everyone! I have a question about a fitness dvd. It is jillian michaels yoga meltdown. It has you do yoga moves in circuit style fashion (moves done quickly, lots of reps, keeps your heart rate up etc) soooo I was wondering whether it should be logged as yoga, or as circuit training? I am currently logging it as yoga so as not to overestimate my cals burned. I was just hoping someone might be able to clear this up for me :)

Circuit training would be a bit much. Power yoga is about equivalent to moderate effort calisthenics (both 4.0 METs or a bit under). Not quite sure how that that maps into the MFP categories.

Thank you :) Idk if I can maybe adjust the calorie count? Haven't gotten the app figured out 100% yet lol. anyways, thanks again

Yeah, you can adjust calorie count -- I do it all the time to back out my RMR. You can also using the Scooby calculator ( http://scoobysworkshop.com/calories-burned ), which pretty much duplicates the standard METs database, and then create a custom exercise in MFP.
