in need of friends and ideas for quick workouts to do at home

So...I have been here before but it was before having a child. It was so much easier. I get so little time to myself but have managed to carve out 3 hours of gym time and am finally figuring out how to eat healthy. I am looking for friends who also are short on time who want motivation/support. I am finding ways to be more active during the day - go on walks, run around the house with my toddler, etc.

I REALLY want to get to my goal weight this time and not settle for less. Am hoping to lose 35 pounds this time.
