Any options? Like flourless, butterless, single serving. Cookie dough, cheesecake filling, lemon flavor treats, cake mix, anything using Greek yogurt, frosting, bars. I have a very bad sweet teeth.

  • I do eat Fiber One Brownies everyday (at least 1 or 2) light and fit Greek yogurt, Arctic zero ice cream, also apples and berries, but I keep craving frosting, cookies, cheesecake stuff but it's like impossible to eat large volumes that are super low calorie. If only they made stuff like that are 0-super low calorie and u feel like u can binge on it and not feel guilty.

These are my favorite !!! I make them w round rock raw honey and sometimes use organic sprouted brown rice cacao cereal in place of the oats. So yummy and satisfying when I get the sweet craving!! About 80 calories per ball. osxqa2xa9u1j.jpg

    Protein fluff. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/protein-fluff-3-quick-and-easy-recipes.html

    Mug brownie. http://www.homemadetoast.com/2012/04/skinny-mug-brownie.html

    Black bean brownie. http://www.skinnytaste.com/2008/06/black-bean-brownies-2-pts.html

    Puffed wheat squares. http://allrecipes.com/recipe/11400/chocolate-puffed-wheat-squares/
If you want to stay away from wheat try puffed millet or puffed rice. I get both from the local Bulk Barn.

Greek yogurt and frozen blueberries. Decide how much you want to defrost it.

    Light cheesecake mug cake. http://kirbiecravings.com/2014/06/light-cheesecake-mug-cake.html

Chocolate Covered Katie - is a healthy dessert blog. I don't make desserts (zero sweet tooth), but everything she has on her site looks amazing!

I'm going to throw this out there, because eating substitutes for what I really want never satisfies me. If I do that, I often end up eating the substitute and then going back and eating what I originally wanted. What's worse, then I want even more of it than I'd have been happy with to start - probably a knee jerk reaction to restricting it in the first place.

Have you tried eating a small portion of the thing you're craving?

If you have and it's purely a need to eat a large volume of food, try meringues. Egg whites + sweetener + flavoring. Should be able to get a good volume for your calorie buck with that. You can sweeten porridge, too, and get some fiber. That might help Think grits, oatmeal, cream of wheat - use more water, get more volume.
  • That safe to eat? Like Splenda, egg whites, and flavoring to make it like dough?

I have a "dessert" item with lunch and dinner and stay within my calorie count.

With lunch, I toss in a mini candy bar (Milky Way, Twix, or such). Those are anywhere from 50-80 calories each.

For dinner, I tend to have Greek Yogurt....sometimes with a tablespoon of mini chocolate chips mixed in.

Try blending these ingredients, freezing it for a few hours, and then eating it like icecream:

    2 containers sugar-free chocolate pudding (60cals each)
    1 banana (110cals)
