Need More Support

Hi all,
I've recently had a health scare and it has been a huge eye opener for me. Sadly it took that to happen for me to get my butt in gear. Today is day 2 of me slowly but surely getting back into jogging again. I've started C25K and I've found it to be something I enjoy and challenges me in just the right amount. I am just lacking one important thing......more support. Many people around me have seen my many attempts at weight loss and have seen me give up quickly so assume it will happen again or just have too much going on in their lives to care about what I'm struggling with. So I'm hoping to make some great friends on here and get some much needed support. I'm at my highest weight of 246pds and I'll be 32 this year so I have set my goal to be under 200pds by Feb of 2016.
I am open to any advice,tips,encouraging words....I'm at week 1 of counting calories and doing my C25K and am also reaching my 10,000 daily steps.

Any ideas would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!
