Kick Butt into the New Year Motivation Group

Hi All! So the past couple of months I've really been slacking with my exercise regime and eating habits. I've gained about 5 pounds (though I think really I've lost quite a bit of muscle and gained more fat) and want to get in a good base line of shape to start the new year! However, I'm terrible at motivating myself so I'm looking for a group of individuals who would like help with their own accountability and also want to help motivate others! To start we'd probably just do kind of a daily check in, with your basic stats for the day and goals for the next day, as well.
Additionally, I have to take a physical fitness test every few weeks, so I figured I might as well put my current states and goals for that. If you're curious as to the exact requirements for the fitness test, in terms of form, just look up Navy PRT guidelines. FYI I'm 19, 5' 3.5", and medium build.
Current Body/General Stats
Weight: 140-145
BMI: 24.8
Typical net caloric intake: varies (1500-2500)
Exercise: 3 days a week
Current PT Stats (Navy PRT)
Curl-ups in 2 min: 90-100
Push-ups in 2 min: 35-45
1.5 mile run: 11:40-12:00
My goal by New Years
Weight: 125-130
BMI: 22-23
Exercise: 5 days a week
Curl-ups in 2 min: 115
Push-ups in 2 min: 60
1.5 mile run: <11:30
Daily NET caloric intake to achieve goal weight: 1200-1300 calories
Workout regime in progress.
I'd love to get a group of people together to help motivate!
