Help me make this diet my last!

I feel like my life is a constant diet. I'm fairly good at it but I feel like I always stop halfway to my goal weight. But not this time. I signed up for a new gym, I'm counting points, and honestly other than just "loosing weight", I just want to be healthy!! But having some extra support really helps! So please add me if you feel you are in the same boat and I will encourage you guys too!

    "Diets" are temporary. Thinking of it as a lifestyle change is much more successful and less frustrating.

    Figure out your goals (loss, fitness, etc.). Eat at a deficit. Take your time. Don't beat yourself up if you have a bad day. Repeat.

    Yeah, what sobriquet01 said..ditto. You can do this. Forget the "diet." Stay with the exercise and portion control and you'll do fine. I just started..2# down and 68 to go. Good luck.

    I agree with sobriquet01... don't call it a diet. Call if your new lifestyle and make it stick!! You got this!
