HELP

Please help I need motivation - I need to start eating healthy again as had my 3rd baby and finding it hard to organise healthy meals - even harder to get to the gym now !
It's been 7 weeks and my rating snacking habits have got worse - I always feel sluggish & I know it's down to the sugar as baby sleeps great normally
Any tips please ? X

    Substitutions are great. Buying smaller, healthier sweets (like Fiber One lemon or brownie bars, 90 calories each) really helps me control my sweet tooth. I also log everything I eat and "budget" for sweets. Congrats on the baby! :)
