Lentil salad recipes wanted

Any good salad recipes with lentils? I cook lentils a lot, but just realised I have only eaten them as salad in restaurants, so I need to fix this

I like to make green lentils ahead of time for easy salads. Cook them as usual, strain, and then toss them in an oil-based 'dressing' (I like infusing olive oil with garlic and then adding lemons juice and salt/pepper). Then you just store them in the fridge.

My go-to lentil salad has canned tuna, red onion, bell pepper, shredded carrots, baby spinach and kale. Throw some cumin and a bit of Dijon or chili in there if you like, and toss it all together
