what are the food that tone your body? is it the food that give you protein? cause i get alot of protein like boiled eggs, cornflex that has oatmeal with low fat milk, turkey or tuna or chicken breast sandwich with wheat brown toast, banana, lattice and i also drink 2 protein shakes that have 25% protein and 0% fat and it taste like chocolate and 6-9 glass of water
are these the best food i can eat to gain muscles? i really want that beach body look and wanna know if this food will get me there?

Food can't tone your body, only exercise can do that. In saying that there are certain foods like protein which will help build muscle...
Hopefully you'll get more feedback though on this.0 -
Food doesn't tone your body.
Hard work can build muscle, but you're going to want to make sure you get plenty of protein.0 -

foods don't tone your body, and i don't even know what toning is.
IF you want to develop your muscles you need to engage in some form of strength training. I would suggest getting on as structured lifting program like all pro beginner, strong lifts, etc.
you need a calorie surplus to gain muscle. i would suggest going over to the gaining forum and reading the stickers over there and staring a thread as well.0
