Hello

I'm Helen, I'm 27 and I live in the Scottish Borders.
I have a few health conditions - Hypermobility Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, PCOS and I also suffer with social phobia and anxiety.
As the years are going on my conditions are slowly getting worse which can make being active kind of tricky and so I am also gaining weight.
It is my aim to try and lose weight to help with my health, along with the fact that I am getting married in 2017 (in 2 years time) and would love to be able to feel comfortable with my own size and look good for the wedding

Always looking for new people to add to help encourage me along the way and will do the same

I have Fibromyalgia and had PCOS. I can tell you something, getting rid of PCOS by weight lost was amazing but be prepared all those extra hormones have to leave the body and it is not fun (but you will survive) and I have very little bad fibros days (like once every 7 months) You can do this! Believe in yourself and you are halfway there!
