I am feeling a bit discouraged. I starting tracking intake about a month ago. I weigh weekly and measure every 2 weeks (I will measure for the first time today). The first weigh in, I did really well and lost weight. Every week since I have gained. I have been working out a minimum of 5-6 days a week. 3 of those days I work out for 60 minutes doing BodyPump which is a weight lifting class. The other 3 days I am working out for 30 minutes doing C25K training which is where I am training to run a 5K. I am allowed 1900 calories a day but I have been eating between 1250-1500 calories mainly because I'm not hungry. I have noticed that over the past couple of days I am starting to get hungrier so I will intake more. I will continue to do as I have been doing and in addition I will add more food! I surely hope the scale starts to go the other way soon!! I know quitting isn't the way to go, I just don't know what I'm doing wrong.
