Sticking to it

I have had this App once before and didn't keep up with it. This time I have to. I say have to because back then I wasn't as heavy as I am now. My usual weight, which was still not so pleasant, was 150-160. I went back and forth for years maintaining those weights. I've been out of a job now for a few months and without all the walking,lifting and barely eating I've had all the time in the world to sit in my butt and consume now weighing in at 185 which I do not approve of and it's time to be serious! My goal weight is to be 140 and maybe even go down a tad bit from there. But 140 would be ideal! (:

    Welcome to the boards, Carlee! Remember, it takes time to gain weight and therefore it takes time to lose it. Aim for gradual, steady progress. That's your unsolicited advice for today!
