work work out or gym still?

I haven't been on mfp for awhile. Because been broke to buy healthy food to stay under my calories I'll be working at a smoothie place a ten hour shift 5 days a week. I'm confused. Wouldn't I be burning calories at work or do I still need work out to lose weight??

You are always burning calories.. exercise just burns additional on top of your metabolism, calories burned thru digestion and non exercise adaptive thermogenesis. You dont need exercise for weight loss.... exercise is more for fitness and health benefits.0
