Cize Dance Workout

I take classes at my gym and they're starting the Cize program this Saturday. I'm really excited to start, but I just looked in the fitness log and it's not in there. Does anybody know what's comparable or about how many calories are burned during an hour? I don't have a fitbit or anything similar so I'm relying on logging stuff here. Thanks!
