Going through some hard times... could use a little motivation and support!

Hello! I'm Katie.

I'm getting back into fitness after a hiatus! I've lost a lot of weight, but I'm sad to say that I suspect some of that loss was in muscle from a sedentary job... Now that I have some free time again, I want to focus on incorporating more cooking and exercise into my life.

I'm always looking for new recipes, books, music, relaxation techniques, as well. I struggle with bipolar disorder, so my mental health is a very important part of the picture, too.
