Hey guys, I've started dieting a few weeks ago I was 5'8 265.
My plan was to do a 45 brisk walk or light jog every day.
The first two weeks I lost a total of 8 lbs and this third week I gained the 7 lbs back. But I've been very strict with what I've been eating and very strict with my cardio.
Please help. I'm feeling super discouraged.

Btw I eat somewhere between 1300-1900 calories a day0

When you say "very strict," does that mean you have a specific calorie goal, you're logging what you eat, and you're using a food scale to determine how much of it you're eating?0

I'm using measuring cups0

Measuring cups can be a really inaccurate way to measure food intake, especially for items that are irregularly shaped or can be packed into a cup. A food scale is a great way to ensure accuracy in measuring. What is your calorie goal?
Edit: I see you said above you eat 1,300-1,900.0 -
While one week isn't enough time to determine whether or not what you're doing is working, a food scale is going to be much better than measuring cups. Also, you should be hitting minimum 1500 net, if not your goal, every day.0

I know there may be a bit of wiggle room with what I'm counting and what I'm actually eating but I don't see anyway that I'm eating nearly enough to gain all the weight back in one week.0

It's probably a vast majority of water weight replenishing after it dropped in the beginning. But a food scale will help you be more accurate in your counting.0

You likely aren't. Lots of things can cause the scale to go up -- a new exercise routine, bathroom irregularity, a meal that is higher than sodium, alcohol consumption, dehydration, etc. Combine one (or more) of these AND potentially eating more than you think you are and you may see your weight go up from time to time.
A week isn't long enough to conclude there is a problem though.0
