How's your fitness efforts going? I am looking to stay on track and would like some friends who are logging their meals.

    Hi Luvee, I just signed up for MFP today myself. I'm a 38 year old female, 5'7 and 169 lbs. My goal weight is 135 lbs so I have a long way to go. Want to do it the "right way" .. about 1.5 lbs per week.

    What are your goals?

    My goal is to "eat the plan." I wrote it out in my profile. I don't worry about calorie intake, as that just falls into place as long as I get the macro goals I set for myself. Weight-loss (if needed) happens at a rate of 2lbs per week.

    I log as regularly as I can and am more than happy to share tips, tricks and recipes! I'm not as concerned with my scale numbers, I'm more focused on my BF% so hitting my protein macros and eating enough of the right foods is a big thing for me. However I'm a great cheerleader for anyone looking to make some healthier life choices!
