This group is for everyone who wants to lose weight and needs the help, support, and motivation from others on the same journey. This is an ongoing group where you will be challenged to exercise, eat right and improve your overall health.

We are getting ready to start a new week over at the Truly Committed Group here on My Fitness Pal. We are starting a new 8 week program to get fit and lose weight.
