Hello... My name is Sally. And I'm happy to be back on track with my food diarie. It really does help me try to stay within my caloric goals and keeping me up to date on what my diet needs. My hardest nutrient to consume is potassium. Even with devouring bananas and the like! So I'm trying to keep certain foods on hand so I can try to keep up my nutrition needs better. How's everyone else doing out there?

Hey, welcome! Potassium is not required on nutrition labels, so it is possible that the potassium values that you see on you totals is not accurate. You could also try a google search of high potassium foods. Sweet potatoes and green beans are just two that I found.0
