On Sundays I watch football ...... but also do a lot of cooking to get a headstart on the week. Already roasted a pan of zucchini & a pan of chick peas. Now roasting a pan of small red potatoes with onions. There's a pork butt in the slow cooker. Pulled pork for dinner, plus a salad. Made chicken vegetable soup for lunch ..... will add kale to mine. And had sauteed spinach with a "fried" egg for breakfast. I'm good for today
