When I was 131 (my lowest weight ever after reaching the tallest ever) at 5'2" I could easily fit into a 6 in most brands, 8 in some. But even there I was by no means as fit or thin as I could be. And I also have a relatively small frame, so 115 is probably more like it if I'm not real muscular.0

I was in a size 7 at 4'11. I'm not in a size 5 unless I'm around 105lbs. Size 3 about 95lbs.0
-
5'6" and when I was 135 lbs a few weeks ago, I was a size 14 (Au)/10 (US).0
-
I'm 5'6" and when I was 18 I was 135 and was a size 6/8 depending on the brand. That was in 1999. Now I wear size 8 pretty easily (and some of them are almost too large) at 145-150, so I'm going to assume that sizing has really been screwed up in the last 16 years.0
-
At 135 lbs and 5'1" I was a size 8 (US), or a size 9 in teens. I've never even fit into a size 6 once since I started shopping out of the kid's section.
I also don't like tight clothes.0 -
The last time I weighed 135 I wore an 11/12. I am 5'. That was three kids and 22 years ago, though, so I'm not sure what I'll be in if I ever get there again.0

Yeah that's fair to point out. I like me some extra tight fitting clothes. That and everyone is shaped differently. A size 6 on an apple shaped person is still super close to an 8 on a pear shaped person, ya know? Height makes a big difference too. Like, there are no normal sizes jeans that do not drag on the floor on someone of my height, but I don't buy shorts or petites, I buy regulars and hem them. So that's gonna make a significant difference in how the size 6 wears on me than someone my same shape and width at the hips who is taller.0

This is completely dependent on your body composition, you body fat percentage (BF%). I have been in a similar weight range for the past couple of years but my BF% has changed drastically. I'm 5'8 so my 5kg weight loss if it was just fat loss wouldn't be that noticable in dress sizes - maybe down one size. However I've actually lost much more fat than that and put muscle on and am closer to 3/4 dress sizes down from where I started.
And always remember, you're worth so much more that a number on a scale!0 -
5'7" size 2 when 1350

In my case, it's my hips. It doesn't matter how light I become, and I have been underweight as an adult ... I'm just not fitting into anything small without surgery to shave off hip bone.

My daughter is 5ft4 130 and a size 4/6. Even when I had ribs and hip bones sticking out at 5ft7 and 160 (most people thought I was 130ish) I still never dropped below a size 70
-
When I was 135 I was a US 4-6. I'm 5'50
-
5ft 7.3 I am a UK 10 or sometimes 12. 135.5lbs. I have wide hip bones.0
-
I'm 5'7", and in high school i was 125-130 and a size 12 pant/jean. I have very wide hips. ><0
-
I think I was a size 6 bottom, S top at 5'10
-
I'm 5'8 135. I wear a size 2-40
-
5'6" and a 6/8 for pants with a 10/12 for tops (boobs and shoulder seams). It really depends on the cut, though: 38-28(to 27)-38 here.0

I'm 5'8, weigh 160lbs and am a size 6 mainly (occasionally a 4 or an 8 dependent on brand)
which goes to show scale weight means absolutely diddly squat and it's body composition that count
and PS - I'm at maintenance .. I would hate to drop more weight0 -

I think at 135 I'd fit into a US size 6, maybe a 4.
If that's the case - I'm converting from UK sizes so no idea what US size I am - I've just dropped 4 from our scale (I'm a UK 10 generally but fit an 8 or a 12 on occasion)0 -
5'2.5" and last time I was 135 I was in a UK8 (currently 140.5 and in a UK10 skirts/jeans and 8-10 tops)0

I don't know. I was in fifth grade then.
Of couRae, I'm a guy and 6'4".0 -

I used this site to convert mine:

Don't think that's right
I'm sure there are 4 sizes from US to UK eg a US 8 is a UK 12 etc0 -
Hi
A UK size 10 is generally a US size 6 (but the measurements are generous so it's not an exact match- it's more like a UK 10.5 is a US 6)
So:
UK 6/6.5= US 2 (size 0/ 00)
UK 8/8.5 = US 4 (size 0/1)
UK 10/ 10.5 = US 6 (size 1/2)
UK 12/ 12.5= US 10 (size 2)
UK 14/14.5 = US 12 (size 3)
Hope that helps. Also shoe sizes don't convert properly either. US equivalent shoe size is usually 1/2 size bigger too.0 -
At 5'6'' and 137 I am a size 6 (US). The 8's I bought are definitely too big already.
I started at a size 12 at 165 pounds and I didn't realize how many sizes I would drop with 30 pounds!0 -
at 5'1" 135lbs, I was in a U.S. size 8. 9s would fit but would slowly slip down without a belt.0
-
I'm 5'4.5" and around 135 lbs I believe I was a US 6...maybe an 8. I'm 126 lbs now and typically wear a 4 (depending on cut though I can sometimes were a 2 or 6). Most 6's are too big now.0
