Between work, the household duties, 2 back surgeries, moving to New Zealand and knowing no one but my partner, I have added 30 lbs in 1.5 years (mostly due to having a hard time with the temptations of junk food and missing home, so it makes that temptation twice as hard). I felt so much healthier, energetic and loved the gym. Back to the baby steps of starting off, but I really want it bad so its going to be possible.

First of all, welcome to the boards! I like your comment about baby steps. It takes time for us to put on weight, so it takes time to take it off. How about a 20-minute walk today at a leisurely pace?0
