MS and struggling with exercise

all year long I have been at the gym everyday spinning, lifting and enjoying each moment. then in Sept. my MS fatigue hit and I am having a hard time as each limb feels like it weights a thousand pounds. I've gained 8 pounds since stopping at the gym and I know it is the calories in as I have been stress eating. I live in Canada so the cold damp weather that we are having is not helping me get outside and walk. Has anyone else had this? does switching to yoga or body flow help in easing any of the symptoms?
I dont know if I push myself to go to the gym if I will get better or worse since this is the first year I have become a gym goer.
any advise is welcome.........
