Cauliflower no cheese crust?

Thinking of trying this out - except only using 1-2 egg whites instead of whole egg.

Has anyone tried similar? What was the result?

If you talking about pizza crust I don't use cheese in mine I just prep a cauliflower add a egg or two (depending on how big the cauliflower is and mix in some dried mix herbs and it comes out great
