Hi all my MFP family!

I am new to this for about the 3rd time!

Currently I'm 233 lbs, looking to lose about 80 lbs total. I am my first day into my low carb "lifestyle change" (trying to avoid "diet") and trying to actively attend group classes at my gym.
The problem is that when I'm at work, I spend a lot of time sitting and naturally, step goals fall to the wayside.

So, if you are interested in joining a Fitbit challenge with someone who will be super supportive and encouraging, I'm your girl!
