Need help making a weight lifting/training routine
Hiya,
I need help with muscle toning. I've lost 43 pounds (female) and I would like to add weight training to my routine. I don't want to bulk up...just tone and increase my strength capacity (a little). I have a few issues with my back so I'm trying to focus on my core, but needless to say I want it all, so I'm open to ideas.
