Wow, my first post in here!

Hey everybody! Hope everyone is having a good day! I'm doing my best to log in all of my foods every day. My biggest struggle is staying under my sodium goal for the day & reaching my potassium goal. I am tracking for health reasons... As people get older, things change. This includes your body & metabolism. I do not want to have health issues affecting my day to day life. I haven't weighed myself in close to 3 months, weight is not an issue for me right now. But I have noticed my upper body and lower body appear thinner, while my core looks/feels pudgy and a little bloated. I could chalk it up as "that time" but I noticed it before that. I'm a little concerned about my carb intake and if that could be causing an issue. I've always loved carbs & it's gotten worse over the years. Well, anyway, I'm up for tips, tricks & suggestions if you like. Wishing you all happiness & good health! HAGD
