Hi guys :]

This is the first time I've ever shown my 'before' picture publicly - I'm a little nervous!

I'm 5'2 with an absolutely enormous appetite so the struggle has certainly been real. Having said that, I want to let anyone who is struggling right now know that they CAN, CAN, CAN do this. I never thought in a million years I would reach my goals and I'm getting nearer and nearer - and healthier and healthier.

So... Here's where I'm at right now:

The picture on the left was taken in April of this year. The picture on the right was taken around 5 minutes ago.

MFP has been vital for me. I am now beginning Body Recomping and feeling better than ever before :) - Just want to thank you all for your ongoing incredible support and advice.

    Looking good. So by next April I should be right around 157 pounds so that at least gives me an idea of how long it could take to get down to 124. Very inspiring...thank you.

    You will have to post recomp updates over the next few months.
    I know you had been wondering if you should drop a few more pounds- seeing your pic, I would say you have picked a good weight for a recomp.

    It is great to see your hard work has paid off. I too love MFP friends and great advice, but really most of the credit has to go to the ones who do it. You did it, and you deserve to feel and look great!

    Wow, thats really brave of you to post intimate pics like that. Even as a dude I don't know if I could post a pic of me in my hunnies even with my weightloss much less before! You are looking great, and your attitude here is always so helpful. I hope you are really pleased with your progress!
