1 MFP cup = how many oz?

    1 "MFP cup" is 8 liquid ounces. All dry ingredients or things not liquid need to be weighed in grams using a food scale (or other type of scale) to log most accurately.

    In the U.S. We are notorious for having terrible measurements in cooking. For example if you see a cup of shredded cheese, it translates to 4oz. I wondered why my brother's versions of the same recipe were so much cheesier until he admitted that mistake!
