Hello ! I was wondering , for anybody who's quite familiar with weight lifting if they can give me any tips and food ideas as far as daily meals goes. I've been healthy bulking for a couple of weeks now and it's time to shred all of that away while still maintaining all the muscle I've acquired and then some.
Does anyone have suggestions as far as what I should be cooking daily? I mainly stay with chicken breast, fish, vegetable and a lot of fruits through out the day with at least 2 fats per week.

I was going to seek a nutritionist so I don't make " mistakes " while shredding but I figured to ask here first :) thanks in advance!

You need to change your bulking calorie surplus, in to a cutting calorie deficit.

Maintain an adequate level of protein intake and create that deficit however you see fit.

There are no foods you must eat or that you should be cooking. There's no reason you can't just eat less of the foods you did whilst bulking.

Eat the foods you like whilst maintaining a calorie deficit, adequate protein intake and a continuation of your weight training.
