Hello everyone. .....is there anyway to overcome the fact that your given a certain amount of calories to eat per day however, if you exercise your calorie count goes up and there is no way to get those additional calories in after the whole day has passed. Anyway to overcome this?0

Marinda, , , Yeah if you're not hungry, don't eat them. MFP's calculator normally gives me TWICE the calories that my Fitbit says I burnt. So if you are hungry, I would suggest only eating back about half the calories you've "earned" through exercise. If you're trying to build a some muscle, I'd suggest protein snacks like nut butters, cheese sticks (maybe not the deep fried kind) and plain ol' turkey breast.0
