hi I had my first child 2 years ago she is now a toddler I'm still struggling with my way I was on bed last 7 months with my pregnancy gained over 50 pounds I Also take medication with medication which makes me feel lazy but I want to have my next child and get off the medication so I need to lose at least 30 more pounds, I hit my highest weight about a 10months ago and I've lost 31lbs since then. I'm still overweight not horribly but I've never been a thin person. I do great with working now but its my eating that means a lot of help I know what I should do its just that I don't do it all the time and I need to be consistent I took a break from the app and I'm hoping to meet new people who have the same interests I'm trying to lose weight and gain muscle

    Just remember any healthy changes you make are great! It will take time, so don't try to make too many changes at once. It's much easy to make a little change, then add to that change when you're ready.
