Yes, I generally feel more positive about things. Stressful work related events are less disruptive to my overall mood.

I thought I would be happier after loosing weight. I do have more energy. I have a few friends that treat me differently now. Shows who your real friends are.

    I wasn't unhappy before.
I am reasonable happy now. I feel much better and I can do more things so I would say my quality of life has improved. I have not noticed any change in my relationships.

Well, you know that's their own issues at work and has nothing to do with you. Sometimes when we do something to improve ourselves, be it losing weight or finding a better job, ect, people around you start comparing their situation and not handling it well. And....there are some people who just can not deal with seeing someone else happy. Sad but true.

For me, losing weight has made me happier, but my life is still here. LOL! Problems don't go away. It's just made me feel better physically and working out has given me tools to deal with stress, which in turn brings a new sense of happiness.

Choose to be happy....at EVERY stage of life and at every stage our body goes thru....thing is, none of us are getting any younger, and our bodies are going to age, no matter WHAT we do to try to fight it. We must find a way to be happy in/with ourselves xo

I am happy that losing weight is helping me with my high blood pressure and that I have more energy.

I was happy up until 4 weeks ago when I was in a car crash. Now I am in pain all the time and it's harder to be happy. My happiness, however, has nothing to do with my weight. It's about how I live my life.

    Ouch. :(

I am happier after losing weight due to a changed WOE and cutting calories because I am healthier. I feel better, I have less pain, so it is eaiser to enjoy my life now.

I was happy with myself before I lost weight.

I'm pretty much ecstatic now I've discovered the joys of exercise and running. Endorphins rock! :)

I'm looking forward to losing the last 10 kg... have you tried running while carrying 10 kg?! :)

I was happy before my weight loss.. not fit and healthy But i choose to be happy a long long time ago.

And yes i have my *kitten* days. My troubles and worries. But that doesn't mean i am not happy

Now that i lost the weight i wanted to lose i can say that i like my body better. That i am happy with my improved health and fitness.
But it doesn't define if my happiness in life.

I feel happier since I've been meeting all my goals, my overall physical health is better, the exercise is probably helping to relieve my depression a bit, and my anxiety is lessened since my weight was always a source of stress.
