need Night shift advice

Hi, i just need to know whether what I'm doing to lose weight and my future plans is any good for losing weight wisely.
I work a nightshift which could be anytime between 7pm to 7am (I can go to work at any hour as long as I complete a 9 hour work day). I have lost maybe around 10 pounds since I started dieting but I feel like I'm stuck and I need to move on to the next phase (serious workout mode). I just need to know If what i'm doing is wise considering that I work nights.
Here is my routine usually looks like
12noon - 6pm - sleep time (sometimes longer, sometimes shorter depending on how noisy the house is).
BFast (evening) - usually a typical meal that averages around 500 kcal
Lunch (midnight) - I aim to eat only around 300-400 kcal if i can help it
Dinner (morning) - I eat very light 4 hours before sleeping, usually just fruit or bread with peanut butter or a bit of cereal with lowfat milk)
If I am planning to do the 30 day shred workout, would it be wise to do it right after I go home from work (and before/after eating?) or should I do it before I leave (or maybe both?)
