Desperate to get myself back to a good place

in the spring of 2014 my husband was in a boating accident and came out uninjured. You'd think I would be thankful. Instead, I was angry with him for his stupidity in causing the accident because he was texting. That day began my self destructive downhill slide. I virtually stopped exercising, I stared eating poorly, I stared drinking much more than I normally do, and I stared smoking again. The anger I felt has mostly subsided, but if anything my bad habits have just intensified. I am doing better on getting my exercise in, but with an added 18 pounds it is tough to get myself out the door. Right now I need to take a deep breath and start over. And figure out a plan that I can maintain. Here it is...

1. No eating at the counter
2. No cheese
3. As little gluten as possible
4. No more than 3 drinks and only if out to dinner
5. 3 bite rule
6. Use the small plate
7. Yoga at some point every day
8. Cardio 5x week
9. Strength 3x week
10. Vitamins 2x day
11. Brush & pick before bed
12. Wash face at night
13. Do MFP every day
14. Love myself
15. Meditate daily for 5 mins
16. 2 mins plank every day
17. Do not smoke
18. Put clothes away
19. Read a book
20. Smile more
21. Know that these things are possible with God
