What are some good exercises to focus on my stomach, arms, and face? Please help!!! Also I want to know what would be a good diet

    My first question is why just those areas? There is (unfortunately) no such thing as spot reductions so if you want to lose of particular areas you need to take a holistic approach.

    If you want strength in those particular areas (stomach/abs and arms - probably not so much your face hahaha) it kind of depends on what approach you want to take. Do you go to a gym, do you want at home DVDs, do you have access to any equipment or do you prefer body weight only exercise? Blogilates (Casey Ho) has a great variety of workouts on her webpage and youtube channel. I personally prefer a good old fashion weight session.

    A good diet is a very different question. Are you looking for a meal plan to follow or general tips for adjusting how you eat to be more of a lifestyle change?
