In order to lose weight, it makes no difference. You could lose weight eating absolutely anything,if you ate little enough of it.

If you're goal is to be your healthiest and you're looking into a healthy diet, these are a great place to begin! Easy, clear, basic. The first one is the easiest. :)

The best foods to eat are the ones you enjoy eating. Want lower calories? Eat more veggies. But be sure to include smaller amounts of the calorie dense foods. Don't label foods as good and bad healthy and unhealthy. It is all about using your brain and being balanced.

    Georgina,
Any simple google search will give you a rich source of 'yummy' recipes that can be as low calorie as you choose.
Do just that, i.e. put 'yummy low calorie recipes' into Google or another search engine. You'll get more suggestions than you can handle.
Another alternative is go to a reputable website with good recipes and then pick 'n' choose from recipes that include your favourite ingredients. I suggest www.taste.com.au as a starting point.
  • Thank you all. :)

    best? heart healthy foods
more women die of heart disease than anythingelse
    I have to agree.

Well, the best diet is the one your doctor recommends. You should see your doc and get that info! But if I had to pull one out of my hat to recommend to any given person, I'd go with a heart-healthy diet. :)
