Agility Drills

Options
In my late fifties. Looking for suggestions on how to move better. I already do a bunch of mobility work, but looking to add some appropriate agility work.

Any suggestions? Thanks

Hard to say without knowing your abilities and limitations, but here's a variety of good drills, which can be done at any speed:

Are you doing this for a particular sport, or just general fitness?

    That's a great video.

I like skaters too. I do 4x10 of the following:
    • skaters
    • lateral jumps
    • single-leg lateral jumps
    • box jumps
    • Burpees
    • Medicine ball toss-ups/jump squats

It's more plyometrics based and definitely helps with my agility. Also you can jog the bleachers at your local highschool and use their tracks for more agility work.

Nice video, looking to see what others are doing for general fitness. I'm 6'2" 205 lbs, resistance training and running for the last 40+ years. Most people would consider me in pretty decent shape. I've had a desk job and 1.5-2 hour commute for the last 35 years and the issues of sitting so much have been catching up. Have really been hitting the mobility work and seeing good changes, now want to hit some agility.
