Diet plan blender...

Hi,
Like many of you, I have tried many diets and ended up blending two diets to regularly feel good, eliminated emerging type 2 diabetes (A1c of 6.3 down to 4.5). High liver enzymes back to normal liver enzyme levels. Still working on blood pressure and weight. Combined Fit For Life (breakfast, late snacks) with Protien Power (lunch, afternoon snack and dinner) I am happy to have now logged for 25 straight days. I down by around 8lbs this month and have a target of about 1 lb per week.
