Hi all, I am Penny. I live in NH (USA). I am a 52 year old female and I want to lose 50 lbs and get fit. I have lost 15 so far and logged for 40 days in a row. According to the weight charts, 50 is the tip of the iceberg and is more like 80 but for me one big goal at a time and then look at it when i get there and see what is next for me. I am brand new to working out. I signed up for a fitness challenge at a local trainer and it's going great. I found 2 yoga classes a week too. Now time to add strength training which honestly scares me a little. but what am I here for but to be a new me. I have meet with a dietitian a few times and come up with a diet for me since I was the yoyo dieter from hell and messed myself up a lot. Now I am watching macros and doing it right.
