I need a plan

So I'm 20, work a lot and spend what spare time I have over the last 2 months working out and hanging with friends. Anyway I need a plan on what muscle groups I should be doing each day. I work out 7 days a week. Kinda wanna slow down and do 5-6 days a week. I'm new here but any advice?

    Blogilates and FitnessBlender are free websites and brands and have calendars to reference off of (Blogilates targets mostly women while FitnessBlender has gender specific calendars) which are very helpful. You can use them as reference and tweak them to fit your busy schedule!
