Anyone with Rheumatoid Arthritis?

My dear wife has been recently diagnosed with RA, she is not taking any medications at this time but I'm afraid that's going to change soon, she has a "few" extra pounds but still in denial and has not changed her diet, I'm interested to hear from people with RA trying to get healthier....
