Hello everybody, new to MFP. Signed up after deciding I need to do something about the weight that's crept back on over the past few years. I'm fairly active hitting the gym a few times a week, but the old poor diet habits have crept back in and portion sizes have increased over time as well as less active work life.
Have around 40-50lbs to loose, can't believe I let it creep back on after working so hard to loose it before
