Hi,
I'm a member of slimming world and this app is fab for using the diary and social side of it. Would love to meet other slimmers. Any members here? :)

    I know I could just google it but it's a pain to jump out of the app - what is slimming world? Like an online forum? To my American ears it sounds British somehow

    I'm on slimming world! Currently not great at following it, but I'm trying!

    Slimming World is a British slimming group (Online or local weekly meetings). I'm with them mostly for healthy recipe ideas & the motivation of a weekly weigh in. But their current policy is fill your plate with a third fruit/veg, then fill up on "free" (low cal) foods, a healthy calcium/fibre extra each day, & limit your sugary/fatty foods using their 15 "syns" a day system.

    I've just started it today. Doing extra easy. Would love some slimmers world friends on here as I won't often be able to make it to groups without childcare!

    Im joining them soon, but not so much for their plan, just for the accountability, I know how to lose weight after all ;)
