I love working out and making healthier choices!

My journey started after my 3rd child march 2015, I started working out, and breast fed for 4 months, I was 225, now I am 192!! It is hard to lose weight after having your 3rd child, but you can do it, motivation and dedication will get us there!!! I Want to be 165 but my weight has plateau a little, but I am still focus on my goal, I made fitness and nutrition part of my life now

    That's amazing!!! A year after having my daughter I decided to work out and only this year have I really made it a lifestyle

    Hey also a new mom trying to become slimmer than I was pre pregnancy, I had some weight to shift even then!!! Add me if you wish any tips or motivation would be great especially workouts to do with the little one!!! :)
