Need advice on good things I can eat throughout the day to stay at this goal while also eating healthy and not going over in fats/sugars/carbs...etc. I should also state I am a vegetarian (not vegan)

Welcome to MFP! Did you set your weight loss to 2 pounds per week? The reason I ask is your calorie allotment is close to 1200/day and you only have 24 pounds to lose. If you're trying to lose 2 pounds/week that goal is probably too aggressive. The general recommendation is .5 pounds per week for every 25 pounds you want to lose. If you adjust the settings, you'll have more calories with which to work each day. You'll eat a better variety of nutrients.

You want to build sustainable habits to lose and then maintain your weight loss. And you want to preserve as much lean body mass as possible while you're losing. Having an overly aggressive weight loss goal is not going to help you do that.

Beans, quinoa, tofu, nuts, nut butters, avacado ... can fill you up. Complex carbs, healthy fat, protein and fiber will help you. Personally, I like protein powders. Start my week day mornings with a chocolate peanut butter shake.

1260 is your base and you will earn more through exercise. Eat what you always do, only in moderation.

Unless you're really short, 1270 seems a little low for a 24 year old woman with only 25 pounds to lose. I've frequently seen people use the phrase "the winner is the one who can eat the most and still lose weight".

I have a public diary. Look at it. :) It's easy once you get the hang of what you find filling and what meets your goals.
