Anyone use the Skechers GOwalk Activity Tracker with App - 2nd Gen

I have found it at a Great low price and not sure even at the low price if its worth it. I have looked so many places, but does it have a Heart rate monitor? I assume if I cant find it, it doesnt.

Would you recommend? If not, what do you suggest?
